• NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE
• CUSTOMER HAVE 60 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE TO CLAIM FOR RETURN PACKAGE OR REFUSE PACKAGE FROM INSTITUTION. IT IS CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILTY TO FIND OUT REGARDING THE PACKAGE. ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGE AFTER 60 DAYS WILL BE VOID AND NO CREDIT OR REFUND.
•  IF WE DON’T HAVE THE OIL IN STOCK THAT YOU ORDERED, WE WILL REPLACE WITH ONE OF THE TOP SELLING APRROVED OIL.
• CUSTOMER PAYS ALL SHIPPING COST (SUCH AS RETURNING, RESHIPPING), RESHIPPING FEE $9.50 
• FOR RETURN: RESTOCKING FEE $10 PER INVOICE PLUS SHIPPING COST, SHIP WITH IN 1-6 BUSNIESS DAYS, STORE HOUR ( MON-FRIDAY) 10 AM TO 4 PM 
• CORRESPONDENCE: PLEASE SEND A SELF ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE FOR ALL CORRESPONDENCE.

Any purchases from this vendor are at the buyer’s sole risk. The CDCR assumes no liability whatsoever for such purchases, nor any aspect thereof.
